WAAS:
Disabled: Less battery drain - better experience in keeping lock with satellite in areas with tree cover e.g. mountain roads.
Enabled: Better accuracy in open areas.
Difference in accuracy is approx. 10 ft. Does this matter on a bicycle ride?

I usually have most of Florida loaded. The Maps I use is City Select with Auto routing capabilities.

For Car use:
Change Off Route Recalculation to "Automatic"
Change Calculate Routes for to "Car/Motorcycle"

This is standard setup, since I have not used this feature yet.

Make sure for bicycle use that you turned the compass off (keep the page button pressed for a second or two). This will reduce the battery drain.

I changed the settings of the fields to things I don't need that often. I rarely look at this screen during riding.

This is the screen I use most!

I use 2 data fields: The distance to the next turn and the Estimated Time of Arrival. On Brevets this is usually the next control.

Guidance Text is set to "Always show"

These are the fields on the Trip Computer that I find most helpful for bicycle riding in addition to what I have already on the bicycle computer.
