400k Brevet, Clermont, 11 March 2006, 4 AM

 

400k additional information:

We head south out of Clermont to Polk City, where we catch the General Van Fleet Trail for 10 miles of nighttime riding, then head west on Green Pond and Rockledge to Old Dade City Hwy north to Cr-54. We head west and south to the beginning of the Suncoast Trail just north of Tampa and ride the Suncoast, then the Withlacoochee Trail and back to Cr-476 heading east thru Bushnell, Fl and and Center Hill, Fl back to Clermont. Another great ride that adds a third trail. LIGHTS REQUIRED!

Preregistration / Registration week of the event!
Please don't wait this long unless absolutely necessary. I need time to process your registration, print personal brevet cards, and have enough volunteer staff and equipment for the event. As a minimum, please send in a complete registration via email 24 hours prior to the event.

Friday Evening (10 Mar): 6 PM - 8 PM
Check in and sign up for new registrants ($10 late charge) and preregistered riders. Be prepared to have your bike inspected with working lights and reflective gear.

Saturday morning (11 Mar): 3 AM
Preregistered only check in.  Be prepared to show your lights.

Saturday morning (11 Mar): 3:45 AM

RUSA rules apply! Helmets required! Reflective gear required! Lights required!

Saturday morning (11 Mar): 4:00 AM - 5:00 AM
Processing and start of day of event registrants. All late registrants the morning of the ride will have to wait till after the official start and still must make all the controls check in time windows and the allotted time of 27 hours (7:00 AM Sunday).

Bike Inspection:
Will take place outside the Holiday Inn Express under the front entrance canopy, Friday evening 6pm till 8pm and 3am to 3:45am on Saturday morning.
